I worked at Mammoth Mountain full-time

    Pros

It was an amazing company to work for. Everyone is genuinely happy to go to work. Easy to speak with management and open lines of communication

    Cons

Hours are based of snow. More snow more work. Less snow less hours so it's hard to predict a schedule.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing and making mammoth an amazing work experience for all.
