Our own ManTech University offers additional instruction and resources needed for personal and professional development.
Purdue Global University (formerly Kaplan University) is an accredited institution of higher learning that provides innovative undergraduate, graduate and continuing professional education. ManTech has partnered with Purdue University Global to develop a robust offer that eliminates up-front fees, minimizes out-of-pocket expenses and facilitates ManTech employees earning technical certifications certificates and degrees.
Employees can work to earn Purdue Global Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in cybersecurity, information technology or cloud computing ― all online with 100 percent of the tuition covered. Through Purdue Global, we also offer programs to help employees prepare for the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Ethical Hacking (CEH) certifications.

Create more opportunities for corporate to meet with distant employees in person.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ManTech (Alexandria, VA) in August 2014.
I initially had a photo me interview with the hiring official. Then I was brought in for an in person interview with the senior hiring official and program manager. The setting was relaxed and personal.
