I have been working at Mancini Duffy full-time (More than 5 years)
The firm culture as amazing, the people are great, and the projects are wide ranging and mostly interesting. If you're good at your job and you want to advance and be part of the firm's decision making process there are plenty of ways to get involved past just working on projects.
There is a lack of people with 5-10 years of experience. There's a great young group and a great group of principles and senior leadership, but the gap creates a situation where there's not enough advisors to go around. This means senior staff is relying heavily on young staff to excel beyond their experience level.
Advice to Management
The culture at the firm seems geared at young talent, which is great, but there's not a lot in place to attract and retain mid-level experienced employees.
