    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mangi Environmental Group (Washington, DC) in October 2013.

    Interview

Mangi is very supportive of good talent throughout the interview process - welcoming and personable first interview (phone), same goes for follow-up interviews (in-person). For promising applicants, they work with you to tailor your resume and approach to fit the position and often are willing to promote you extensively to their clients. The interview process is simple, effective, and much more conversational than most interviews.

    Interview Questions

    • I noticed "xxx" wasn't on your resume. Do you lack experience with "xxx" or can you adjust your resume to include similar/related experience?   1 Answer

    Negotiation

Negotiation is limited - salary is set primarily by the fees they charge their clients, but they are willing to work an extra 2-5% into salary if it's a must. Benefits are good - slightly above average for Federal contractors. Negotiation is very low-stress, thanks to the people running the company.
