good company to work for sometimes fun
Senior mangers down to shift managers only wear the title and the uniform
collect their cheques and go home . They LACK Responsibility, command ,don't show appreciation, no trust, no communication, they are re-active instead of proactive in-approachable and not friendly depends( what kind of day/night they had outside work)feed back is slow, not fair unless you are in the "click" .During evaluation they base the whole year of your work on two-three minutes of shift-managers talking to you. Then you get your evaluation .
Advice to Management
Hire people that have Management skills .MANAGER IS AN ACTION NOT A POSTION
Applied via the co-op program at my school and got an interview with many of the other co-op students. They interviewed MANY people, so my advice would be to self-declare in the cover letter if possible or make sure you do something positively memorable in your interview.
