Our adventure started over 20 years ago with a decision to create products that help people and fundamentally change their health for the better. I have been working at Mannatech full-time (More than 5 years)
Mannatech has a casual work environment which is a wonderful thing. Generally, once you begin working here, you don't leave. Great company.
Every now and then, the hours can be very grueling. Some employees can be difficult at times. But that is very rare.
Advice to Management
At this time, I really do not have any advice for them at all. They run the company well and it shows by the tenure of the employees here.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Mannatech (Phoenix, AZ) in March 2015.
I spoke with them over the phone and they spoke to me about the different products,
listened to presentations and websites. I answered an ad and the Dr contacted me, he was looking for reps in the Phoenix area.
It was very simple, I have to try the products and then tell others about them.
