Hello everyone, I am new to this site and I am school right now for healthcare administration, I have been a phlebotomist for six years and I really want to get out of that field, I am ready to pivot into healthcare administration. I have taken several project management classes, and I am really enjoying learning project management. Any ideas would be great?

Has anyone pivoted from working a clinical role, to tech or healthcare tech? Or anything OTHER then medical? I’ve been working in this industry for 7 years & to say Im burnt out is an understatement. It’s simply not fulfilling to me anymore. I feel guilty even saying it! Everything from the lack of resources/access for pts, the pt to MD load, chronic staffing issues, long hours, over worked, underpaid…etc etc. CV19 has worsened all these issues and I’m not to hopeful that it will change. :(

Interview
The interview process made me feel like I immediately became part of a family of great people......EXCEPT!!! Once I was welcomed in and made queen in my comfort zone, I was privately slandered in a malicious way, and fired, because the people who run this place actually run a den of lies, secrets and private bullying that was never, ever revealed until the time came to strike their victim. DO NOT BUY INTO THE SMILING, WELCOME WORDS. If you don't want to take my word for it, just experience it for yourself. I was not the only one they did this to.
Interview
"Tell me something about yourself you think I don't know"----it was all fun and games then. It got scandalous later.
