I recently received an offer from iProspect (part of Dentsu) I’ve heard ups and downs about this company. I currently work for a great company and not sure if I should leave. The new opportunity pays a lot more than I currently make. Does anyone have any advice about this company and whether I should take the job or not?

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Marchex (United States) in Apr 2022

    Interview

I had a phone interview scheduled.

The day before, I was sent an automated email asking me to confirm that I could still make it. I ignored it, as it comes off as micromanaging to me.

The day of the scheduled phone interview, my interviewer calls me 15 minutes late, saying one of her previous calls went longer than expected. At no point did she let me know beforehand that she'd be late.

The company goes out of its way to confirm that I can make it, and yet calls me 15 minutes late. Unprofessional. Apply elsewhere.

Marchex was recently recognized as one of the 50 Most Admired Companies of the Year 2017 by the Silicon Review. As featured in its October issue, The Silicon Review focuses on recent momentum at Marchex, including the launch of our Speech Analytics product earlier this year, and how Marchex is helping businesses solve complex problems in today’s digital economy with solutions such as call tracking, audience targeting and more. The article also touts our “culture of innovators” and shares more about the announcement that Russell Horowitz, Co-Founder, recently accepted the role of Executive Director. In addition, Marchex was recently recognized as one of the top Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) providers of 2017, from Insights Success Magazine.
