Everyone is great and friendly. Work hard and everything else will follow. Positive outlook for the company. I made the right choice.
Kitchen prices can be cheaper.. but food is delish. Recognition of good employees should be top priority and I see a lot of good changes.

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marcolin (Scottsdale, AZ) in April 2012.
Rather easy and laid back. Asked about my passions and what I want to do in the next few years. Really important to ask questions back at the end.
Reasons for Declining
Different offer was better.
