Free movie passes are a perk if you're not too sick of your workplace yet. It is a fun place to work, with a lot of people to interact with. Flexible hours.
They love to increase the workload but refuse to give raises. (Not kidding, straight up refuses) Management is a mess with managers in and out of their jobs.
Advice to Management
Pay employees a competitive wage. Reward good performance, anything but is discouraging it. You lose good knowledgeable employees when you don't keep them happy.
The process took a week. I interviewed at Marcus Corporation (Milwaukee, WI) in December 2009.
Interviewed for a new position within the company. Met with Corporate Director of Human Resources then the Director of Sales for the area. Asked general interview questions, i.e. goals, why should we choose you instead of someone else, etc.
