Smart staff - from partners to new hires
Creative and innovative - always open to new ideas, brainstorming, doing the impossible, etc.
Flexible schedules - really flexible - if you have kids, etc. flexibility is so important - a true flexible environment is hard to find
Fun environment - dogs, kids are welcome; great kitchen/pub; games, patio, BBQs, events, etc.
Learning & growth - if you want to continually improve, grow and learn, this is the place for you
Hard workers - we all work hard (and play hard!)
Community involvement/service - giving and caring group
Some tough/tight deadlines - but that's the business we're in, right?
I applied online. I interviewed at Marcus Thomas (Cleveland, OH).
Contacted almost a month after I applied to come in and interview. I spoke with HR who asked me really pointless questions that had nothing to do with the job. Then I spoke with the CD, which I don't think I was as prepared for as I could have been. Then I never hear from them again even after following up. Then almost 2 months later, I get an email from HR stating they put the "hiring process on hold." So unprofessional. I would be more understanding if it was govn work or something that relied on grants. This just sounds like they are being lazy or indecisive. I guarantee the best candidates will move on.
