any outbound sales position has the same gripes. lots of dials, lots of rejection. Like any job, you get out what you put into it. If you put in a lot of work, you'll see reward.
Advice to Management
anything I would complain about since I started has already seemingly improved by leaps and bounds. the resources available are there, the training is more sales focused than product. Continue to improve on these things, we're headed in a great direction.
The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Market Leader (New York, NY) in June 2017.
The recruiter emailed me to set up a call, then never called me. I sent an email and she responded, did not apologize for not calling me, and asked for my availability so we could reschedule. I sent her my availability and never heard back. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.
