I have been working at MarketFactory full-time (More than a year)
This company is full of smart, respectful and fun professionals who are helping clients to connect to the always on FX market. The company is growing fast. Lots of new blood from other companies bringing in new ideas. Smart and forward-looking leadership. Company culture is still being developed, but welcomes creative if not quirky personalities. On the benefits side great health insurance, fair compensation and lots of little start up perks - weekly lunch, seamless for dinner if you work late etc.
Inevitable growing pains as the company hires more people and starts to build out more standardized processes and procedures. This won't be 9-5, but the company really values your contributions.
Advice to Management
Don't take the foot off the accelerator!
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at MarketFactory.
Overall, this was one of the best laid out interviews. I applied via LinkedIn and was contacted immediately. We scheduled a quick screen where the process was laid out. This may differ for each person since my role is unique.
1. Full 90 minute screening call with two employees - mostly discuss things like strengths and weakness.
2. Two hour "focus" interview via - you will be asked to do something related to your field. I had to present a six month marketing strategy, 90 day tactical plan and write about something in the FX market - this was mostly to see how I think.
3. Lunch with the CEO and then meet some people in the office.
4. Final two hour interview where we went through my entire resume.
5. Reference check
Overall great process at times things went silent, but that's common with recruiting.
