I worked at MarketVision full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

They are one of the leading shopper marketing agencies in the U.S. who have expertise in leading multicultural culture-inspired programs for their clients. Great roster of clients to work on.

    Cons

Marketvision works in below the line advertising which is a great niche to thrive in but the scope of work given to the agency can be redundant/seasonal or just take downs of the general market campaign at times. Which as a creative can be frustrating at times.

    Advice to Management

Continue taking care of the current talent you have on the roster, so many great employees over the years have come through Marketvision's doors and worked there only to leave a short time later for other opportunities.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at MarketVision (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in April 2010.

    Interview

Received a call from the manager shortly after I applied for the job. Within five business days I was interviewed and within 48 hours I received an offer. Although not much information was given to me about the job, paid or work environment was like, I found out on the first day of my job. Regarding paid, I found out and calculated after receiving my first paid cheque.

The office was nicely located at mid-town and the office environment was professional.

Advice: Be yourself and you should be fine.
