I have been working at Marketing 360 full-time (Less than a year)
This job is one of the most challenging jobs that you will have, but it is also one of the most rewarding. You are given the tools to help you be successful, but no one micromanages you which I love. You are personally responsible and accountable for tasks and that is valued here. If you are hard working, proactive and passionate about what you do, you will succeed in your role. The culture is really like a family. I love the people I work with and they make a tough job or a tough day worth it.
In my position specifically, your work day never ends. If you are looking for a stress free environment where when 4pm hits, you can shut off your computer and go home for that day, this might not be the job for you. However, with that said, they highly encourage work/life balance and you just have to find what works for you.
Another con in my opinion is the longer you are here, the better off you are. They protect those that have been here a while, which makes sense, however it makes it tough for newer employees to succeed. The way our pay structure is and some of senior management rules/regulations seem a bit biased to help make sure they remain successful versus what is actually helpful and in the best interest for the majority of employees. Overall though, they do want everyone to excel in their role, I just think there could be a few changes that would increase the likelihood of that.
Advice to Management
Continue to keep your employee's best interest in mind. This is a really tough job and what makes people stick around is the culture, who we work alongside, and the main goal that we have as company to help small businesses grow. As our company grows, I ask that this remains a focus over money/greed/accolades. Speaking from previous experience with companies in a similar position, my advice is to continue to take care of your employees, and they'll take care of you.

We started off with a phone call to make sure I was able to have natural conversation and ask questions. Next was a phone call with the managers that would be supervising me directly. Then an in house interview with the same two managers and the CSO.
