Involved owners who care about their clients, the company and the future growth. Talent bar has been raised so that higher quality employees will be brought on board. Every position contains vast potential for continued career growth. A rosy outlook for future business.
More incoming projects than the current Sales & Marketing team can keep up with. Additional space is needed that flows better. Fast-paced, demanding clients need what they need when they need it, so this environment isn’t for everyone –hence turnover of some good people ill-equipped for this industry.
Advice to Management
Continue to develop processes and procedures which will allow the company to grow. Higher quality hires who are properly trained to support our demanding clients' needs will make us the most successful branded merchandise agency on the west coast!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Marketing Instincts.
I started with a phone screening and was then invited to an in person interview. I met with two people together and was then invited back for a second interview. It was during the second interview that I was offered the job. They were polite and made me feel at ease. And now working with them closely we get along really well.
