I worked at Marriott International (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, amazing opportunities, and life-changing experiences.

    Cons

Weekends and holidays are basicallly mandatory before stepping into a management role. The hotel is a 24/7 business.

    Advice to Management

There’s a high turnover, hire people so there is never an understaffed issue.
