I have been working at Marsh & McLennan Companies full-time (More than a year)

I've had a great experience working here. Management has been extremely supportive. Many opportunities to work with other teams on projects.

This is a large organization, while this brings opportunities, it can also make it difficult to move to different positions. Currently I am doing many different things, but my title has stayed the same.

    Advice to Management

Management is currently implementing job shadowing, and better defining career paths. I think that the new implementations will help alleviate the cons.

    Summer TRAC Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Chicago, IL

    Positive Experience
    Average Interview

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh & McLennan Companies (Chicago, IL) in November 2015.

I met with four different people for the final interview. They were all very nice and personable. For Marsh, they are not really into the whole "what is on your resume" thing. Marsh likes to see the person you are and if they can see themselves working with you. My best advice is to just be yourself in the interviews and you should be able to carry on conversations.
