Our Santa Clara interns and managers spent the afternoon outdoors playing games and enjoying delicious ice cream! #MarvellInterns #LifeAtMarvell
Excited on what was to come, our U.S. summer interns were eager to learn from the company’s CEO, Matt Murphy, on his shared thoughts throughout his career advice and experience. #LifeAtMarvell #MarvellInterns

Together, we make our communities, and the global community, stronger.

Marvell's Internship program fosters onboarding of our interns through social, networking, and community activities. We want our interns to get connected, meet others, learn about Marvell’s technology, and have an impact while they are here.
Intern and Entry Level Professional (ELP) new hires are an integral part of our overall talent pipeline and strategy. Hiring interns and entry level professionals creates a diverse talent pool with new ideas, thoughts and solutions. Interns become our ambassadors, sharing their stories about Marvell and how it’s a great place to work. Returning or converted Interns perform at higher levels more quickly.

I have been working at Marvell Semiconductor full-time (More than a year)
Executive management get it! They are experienced leaders taking Marvell to great places and they do it while caring for the employees. Marvell is focused on developing their employees, developing great leaders and they are transparent. I work with people that care about their work and the impact it will have for Marvell.
The hours can be long, but I have flexibility to work from home when needed. Once in a while I don't like any of the lunch options.
Advice to Management
Continue to do what you say you are going to do. Action towards the employee survey.
Campus writing interview first. Questions about VLSI circuit design. Then move on to on-site interview. On-site interview is going through all the projects in the resume. Didn't get offer at last. The entire process takes about two months.
