I have been working at Marvell Semiconductor full-time (More than a year)
Executive management get it! They are experienced leaders taking Marvell to great places and they do it while caring for the employees. Marvell is focused on developing their employees, developing great leaders and they are transparent. I work with people that care about their work and the impact it will have for Marvell.
The hours can be long, but I have flexibility to work from home when needed. Once in a while I don't like any of the lunch options.
Advice to Management
Continue to do what you say you are going to do. Action towards the employee survey.
the process is typical can nice. started with phone interview, then go in site for interview. There was 4~5 hiring manager interviewing and followed by lunch interview with Director. Finish with VP. The whole process takes 6 hours.
