I have been working at Marvin Engineering full-time (More than 3 years)
Good place to get your foot in the door not a lot of growth opportunities but you do learn a lot.
No growth pay is below average and poor build plan
Advice to Management
Listen to your employees a lot good ideas that are not implemented
I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at Marvin Engineering (Inglewood, CA) in July 2016.
I interviewed with Marvin test systems for an electrical engineering position. The questions they asked me were just to see where I might fit in for the various positions they had to fill, such as technical writer, tester, or others. They aren't trying to trick you or anything like that, these are just personality questions to see if you fit with their company. The company makes it clear that they like to hire more experienced professionals that they know will be with the company for many years, and not new entry level people, because they want to make sure the person is with the company for many years.
