Listen to employees concerns. We continue to lose good people because they are overwhelmed by those that are not doing enough to fix our own internal processes and procedures to make their jobs less stressful
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at MasTec Network Solutions (New Orleans, LA).
The process went like this first I had a long interview with the supervisor I was told if I the interview went well then I would get a second interview with the manager. Once the Manger felt I can do the job he ask me if I could go to Alabama right away so I did and I was out there until they lost the contract. So after that I came back to New Orleans to start a new contract under a new manager when he lost that contact I started working for another manager until I was laid off even though I was a very good and loyal worker
