    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very flexible hours. Management will work around your own schedule and fit you accordingly.

    Cons

No major cons- people can sometimes be difficult to work with if they aren't technologically savvy. This can be applied to many technical positions.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (North Adams, MA) in March 2015.

    Interview

You sit down with a Senior Consultant and the Help Desk Manager- who then interview you with a bunch of questions in regards to diagnosing a computer (hard drive, fail to boot to OS, etc) and what procedure to follow (running a chkdsk, replacing hard drive, installing up to date drivers, uninstalling of unnecessary problems, running antivirus scans, etc)

    Interview Questions

    • If a computer fails to boot to windows, how would you go about diagnosing the problem?   1 Answer
