I have been working at Massage Heights full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Allows for flexibility with schedule to provide a nice work/life balance

    Cons

The air conditioning is very cold but I keep a cardigan on so it’s not too bad.

    Negative Experience

    Interview

Confusing, was told I was moving on to next steps but never heard anything. No one returned calls or emails. Odd and unprofessional.

The first call went very well, we reviewed skills and experience and I was deemed an excellent fit. Same for the next interview, which ended with"I'm setting up a time for you to talk with ______"

Then I never heard another word. I expected more from the senior level person who interviewed me. I am a professional and would have appreciated a wrap up even if negative. A "Dear John" letter would have sufficed. After all I spoke with 2 senior level execs.
