None, and I mean that. Maybe it is because I was part time.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what your doing.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Master Dry (Knoxville, TN).
Three step process: First interview with HR rep, then one of the directors, then Josh Smith(owner) for final decision. All interviewers are friendly and easy to talk to. Smith hits hard on his core values and is mostly looking at your personality. They tell you that some of their foreman make around $80,000/yr. That is not completely true. One or two top foreman have gotten near that but they also work double hours, over-time, and extra jobs. I worked my butt off and was making maybe just over $1,000/week. Their bonus system also takes away money so there were also some checks around $400. They also said I'd start off in a couple week long training program...I had one day of HR training and that was it.
No negotiation, maybe try to work your way into a co-foreman or foreman position but pay is not negotiable.
