    Pros

Healthcare, Salary Compensation and opportunity to grow. When you work at Mastery they truly care about your personal growth as a teacher or leader. They provide you with Professional Development to better serve your students and they are not afraid of change. If something doesn't work, they fix it and involve staff members to provide feedback.

    Cons

Longer school year (students attend for 190 days and staff is about 210)

    Advice to Management

Keep taking feedback from veteran teachers, families and students to keep the organization going strong
