I worked at Mastronardi Produce full-time (More than a year)
It was close to home & I got along with everyone there.
Management shows favoritism & doesn't pay people who really work hard.
Advice to Management
If people want to better themselves and move up in the company, don't hold them back. Let them try. What is the worst that can happen?
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Mastronardi Produce (Detroit, MI) in March 2016.
HR Interview more like sharing experience from past work. Porjects currently working. And what excited you here. Not technical since it was for inernship. It is more dependent on whom you get interviewed with
