Good commission pay scale and very friendly coworkers also very knowledgeable and friendly upper management. I needed to be close to home when first starting with the company and they were willing to work with me.
Upper management was afraid there wasn't enough sales people with the amount of traffic that would come in and added more but only problem was the slower days still had same amount of sales people which meant less turns per salesperson. If not for that would still be there.
Advice to Management
Would have less sales person turnover by not flooding the floor with sales people.

I brought my resume into one of their stores and I was called only a couple of days later by their hiring recruiter. We made an appointment the next day during which she gave me a phone interview. She asked typical questions such as why I wanted to work at Mattress Giant and why I left my last employer.
