I have been working at Maury Microwave full-time (More than a year)
It's a mid-size company, everyone knows you. What you do makes a pretty big impact and gets noticed all the way to the top.
Long hours are expected, if you are salary, don't expect any overtime. If you are hourly, expect overtime and weekend hours.
Advice to Management
Training the technicians will do a better job at and also promotion from within keeps the motivation healthy.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Maury Microwave (Ontario, OR) in December 2012.
Senior management makes a habit of grilling interview prospects. Should candidate get the job, DO NOT expect this to stop. This is part of the culture. Many questions are asked to test motivation and drive rather than technical skills and fit within the organization.
I did not negotiate, a recruiter negotiated on my behalf.
