    Pros

    - Independent job.
    - Flexible with schedules.
    -Traditional company.

    Cons

    - Max Studio does not practice or have any company culture.
    - Communication with your manager/directors is "Old way".
-"Get your job Done" kind of company.
    - They do not have update merchandise brochures/manuals.

    Advice to Management

My experience was not the best. My manager was really as a Merchandiser but I do not believe in the companies that still practice "Because I am your boss you have to do this".
-If you wanted to give any feedback to improve the processes (even doing a extra job) the answer was "Focus in your job and that's it".

    Part Time Sales Associate Interview

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Max Studio (Marysville, WA).

    Interview

Very professional with clear expectations of high quality performance is a must. I had two ladies that interviewed me,one was the manager that had been hired to open the new store, and the other was a regional manager. Both had a series of questions and stated was they were expecting from their associates. The interview went well and got the offer to join their team.
