I applied online. I interviewed at Maxar Technologies (Westminster, CO).
Interview
I spoke with a recruiter by phone and a C-level executive by video conferencing. The role had been advertised as for a former strategy consultant with a top MBA and the ability to take on a P&L role after the Executive Director role. Ultimately the hire didn't meet this profile, which is fine, but I felt Maxar wasted my time as they figured out the actual requirements for the role. The prior holder of the role had been transitioned to a different role in the company, and I never received a satisfactory answer as to why.
