The company culture at Maxim was laid back and almost felt like a family office. Everyone was extremely nice and willing to help.
Unorganized Senior Management. Often had to re-do tasks because I was given the wrong directions for assignments initially.

Organize the structure of senior management. Make it clear as to who is who in the firm, it seemed that many positions were overlapping. T
Phone call with managing director. Not difficult, all behavioral. The job description was somewhat ambiguous and they did most of the talking. Have some good questions to ask and demonstrate your interest.
