Great projects to work on
none that i can think of
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at McBee Associates.
It was clear that the recruiting department messed up my interview process. They had me interview at their headquarters in Wayne, PA. The position I had applied for was in Maryland. When I mentioned this in my interview in Wayne, the managers I was interviewing with were very surprised, as they thought I was interviewing for a position in Wayne, PA. A few days later I was contacted and asked if I could interview in Maryland. There wasn't an apology or explanation as to why I had to pointlessly interview in Wayne, PA. My interview experience in Maryland was terrible. The managers there seemed like they were barely interested in my response to their questions. They asked me two pages of questions and seemed so uninterested in my answers. It was like they were just asking questions so they could just tick a box and move on. One of the managers was slumped in his chair and kept fiddling with his pen or his jeans when I was talking or while the other manager was talking. Completely unprofessional and I'm so happy I didn't begin my career with McBee. I wasted 13 hours driving to Wayne and then Maryland for interviews and they couldn't even apologize or explain why this had happened.
