Like many in the industry, McKinstry has implemented safe work procedures including social distancing protocols, disciplined PPE usage, enhanced cleaning practices, and work from home safe practice tips and guidance. Our top priority is and always will be keeping our people safe and we view our decision-making through the lens of our people-first values. This means we support a flexible work environment, we act with an abundance of safety precautions, and we have an improvement process in place to pivot as needed, all of which enable our continued support of our businesses and community efforts. McKinstry believes that it is in times like this are when community outreach and engagement is needed most. We?ve answered the call to help our neighbors by donating to food banks across the country and providing the equipment needed to set up an emergency food distribution center near our offices in south Seattle. Our employees continue to volunteer with organizations they support throughout the year?our team in Portland has been continuing to make no-contact deliveries for Meals on Wheels
