    Interview

As a fresher coming into the heavy civil industry, they understand your lack of knowledge and also admire honesty. - HR teams know all about hiring F1 students (Big+) - Takes time to hire (due to business model), so be patients - The company is big on PE licenses; you won't get recognized without one so be mindful of that. - Plenty of know-it-all culture instead of learn-it-all (Not a place for fresher, IMO) - Pays is better than leading industry
