On the program were three inspirational speeches about the amazing opportunities one can have while working for a Manufacturing company. We were joined by Riverland Community College who brought their Mobile Weld Training Trailer, and all the young women got to try their hand at Welding!

First you receive a phone call for a phone screening. If you meet qualifications they will arrange an interview. The interview process is very standard from there. If you live too far to come into the office they will just schedule a phone interview.
