I have been working at Meadowbrook Insurance full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

A friendly group of mostly older professionals. Top management is forward thinking and is pushing ahead with new resources. Decent pay and good resources to help you

    Cons

I am looking to branch out and grow in my career. Program based insurance loss control limits me to just a few programs

    Advice to Management

    Competative pay is important

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meadowbrook Insurance (Kansas City, MO) in April 2017.

    Interview

I was emailed about the position, expressed interest, underwent a phone screening with the trainee program leader, had a second phone interview with the VP of operations, then I was flown out to the office the training takes place (Kansas City, MO) where I met with the head of HR and the trainee program leader once again.
