I was offered a job at Kaiser for on call and a job at city of hope full time for $1 less. I’m conflicted on which job to choose. Which hospital would offer me better opportunities in the future and which would be the better choice overall? I appreciate any input.
I'm an RT with 2 years of experience and I have no motivation to continue as an RT. What career path can I take that doesn't require much schooling but pays well and allows me to work a consistent schedule with weekends off and preferably work from home?

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Meadows Behavioral Healthcare (Wickenburg, AZ) in May 2021
InterviewI spent about an hour on the phone with the Director of Recruitment, who was incredibly warm and personable. She asked me questions about my experience and allowed me to aske questions about the position and company. She spent about an hour with me, and it was a very comfortable conversation with plenty of laughter. Not at all like those stiff, stoic interviews you can often get in the corporate world.Interview
She asked me to describe my experience across each position I'd worked and why I left. She asked me about my career goals. She asked me how I like to be managed and about how I handle difficult coworkers I don't mesh well with. She asked me about my interest in behavioral healthcare and addiction recovery. She asked me what I knew about the company. etc.1 Answers
