Advice to Management
Pay should match our level of education.
I applied in-person. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Meadville Medical Center (Meadville, PA) in April 2011.
The hiring process was very slow. Applied online, met with Human Resources, interviewed with supervisor on unit. Waited a week or two. Received a phone call with an offer. Hourly rate was too low and I was able to get $1 more an hour than they offered.
They offered an amount. I said I couldn't do it for that. They asked what I would want. They would pay it and offed $1 more an hour. I took the position because I had been out of work for 8 months. It was better than nothing. So I accepted.
