The process started with a phone interview with HR, just general work experience questions. Then there was a 2nd phone interview with HR going into more detailed questions regarding, background, work experience, personal work ethics etc., next was a coding assessment and then a last phone interview with the coding lead.InterviewWhat makes a successful team in your opinion?
