I have been working at MedMen full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Work life balance, after 10 years of High Volume Outlet Retail, I can finally say I have it. It feels so great to finally feel like I can live my life!
    - free samples and “$0.01” coupons
    - I’m finally with a company that I actually wanted to work for and I’m selling a products that I believe in and stand behind.
-I’ve met both the CEO and President of the company and they both keep it very one-hundred.

    Cons

-Sometimes it hard to distinguish the Management staff from the Hospitality Association because we all wear the same Red Shirt. Would be cool if Management had a different dress code.

    Advice to Management

Sometimes things a little disorganized, the company needs to improve on ensuring all the T’s are crossed and I’s are dotted before rolling out information and initiatives.
