Solid pay and great benefits. An opportunity to grow if you are willing to put in the time and work. Everyone wants to complain but what value did they add? What goals did they accomplish? I haveCons
Leaders will not do your your job for you. You have to be responsible and put in the time. Work life balance could be better but that is on me as well for not using my accrued PTO.
