I have been working at MedStar EMS full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

A very good place to work. Primary 911 for City of Ft Worth and other cities. Company atmosphere is very good. Culture within the management team is very welcoming, much better than other services in the area especially of the orange/blue variety. Pay is very good and multiple shifts/rotations.

    Cons

Gossip and drama, but what company does not have that

    Interview

You'll usually have 3 or 5 people interviewing you at one time. I know usually ask you several questions. Usually it'll be like how you handle stress why do you want the job. Also they would probably ask you how you can handle a person who is on the phone and you would have to calm them down.
