    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital (Washington, DC).

    Interview

Applied on MedStar Website, was contacted within a week to interview in person. First interview was with 2 people for about 15 minutes, then with one person for another 15 minutes. Overall very short first round, expected it to be a lot more in depth, not sure how they could qualify a person in that little time. 2-3 weeks later i was called back for second round with doctor, again very short. Was told immediately after the interview that I had been given the position and would receive my formal offer from HR that day. Never received offer, haven't been able to get in contact with anyone from the department since. Apparently everyone has lost access to their emails and/or phones because I can't imagine how an organization could be this unprofessional.
