At MedTouch, our mission is to discover potential and deliver results for every client, every colleague, every day. We’re constantly adapting and applying new skills and knowledge, and we’re seeking candidates who resonate with this philosophy.
We strive to create a workplace that enriches the life of every teammate, fostering an environment that prioritizes relationships and celebrates one another’s successes. We have a strict code of ethics: no gossip, no lying, and no playing politics. We are committed to personal and professional growth at the highest level, dealing honestly and fairly with each other, and striving to achieve a company culture worth coming into every morning.
MedTouch provides digital strategy and consumer-facing web design and development for the best brands in healthcare. Our unique focus on hospitals, health systems, and health plans is both a strategic advantage and passion for us.
Creatively, MedTouch operates digital strategy, UX, content strategy, content writing, organic search, and PPC practices. On the technical side, we provide a number of web-based solutions, including having established ourselves as Sitecore’s leading partner in the healthcare vertical.
We’re growing in recognition and market share, yet we’re still small enough that each employee has an opportunity to impact the trajectory and direction of our company. This combination makes MedTouch an exciting place to work!
MedTouch Recognition
Three times a week, we have a ten-minute company-wide meeting to ensure clear communication and collaboration between all employees, in all locations. During every meeting, we review one of our company values:
We devise digital strategy that drives patient and member acquisition for our clients, taking the best marketing insights and practices and applying them to healthcare.
Strategy disciplines include:
MedTouch focuses almost exclusively on Sitecore as its technical base. Our emphasis on this single CMS product affords us a unique position in the market. We're sought after for our depth, not just breadth, of knowledge.
MedTouch has been able to attract a wide range of senior talent because of our unique focus: we build re-usable toolsets on top of Sitecore. This means no more typing the same project out for a different client -- we retain our good ideas and build on our toolset for the next project.

I have been working at MedTouch full-time (More than a year)
Pros
I have to say, I love working for MedTouch. The culture is refreshing. People are driven to do the right thing. There is no internal politicking, and In September, the company held an Employee Appreciation Week where they went out of their way to appreciate everyone – nice touch. I find it rewarding to get to work on websites for hospitals across the country, including Newton Wellesley and Mass Eye and Ear just down the road here in Boston.
Cons
The commute into the city.
Application
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MedTouch (Somerville, MA).
Interview
Was a somewhat challenging but engaging process. Numerous screening calls followed up by in-person interview and reference checks. Very pro-active communication through out the whole process. Always knew where I stood and was provided detailed next steps at each relevant juncture.
