Truly unique agency that cares about it's people. I'm always surprised at how different it is here when compared to other shops I've worked at. Human touch and lots of benefits that really make a difference (extra long weekends, summer hours, time off over the holidays).

Work is demanding sometimes but you get rewarded for it.

I applied online. I interviewed at Media Experts (Vancouver, BC (Canada)).

Applied online and they called me in for an interview two days later. Very friendly people at this office as they greeted me when I arrived. Interviewer was nice but seemed like she was too busy with other things on the side during the interview. One thing that I did not like was the fact that she stereotyped me pretty much as soon as we started the interview. She labeled me as a graphic designer and said they were not looking for a graphic designer and basically wrote me off the job list immediately. I actually felt this was unfair and I explained I was not and even showed her examples. She basically advised me on how to land a marketing job by finding some ads on the streets and go contact their company to see if they would have a sit-down with me. In other words, she told me to go look for another job. Halfway through the interview, she got up and did something else when I was answering one of her questions. The interview lasted 30 minutes and not many questions asked. All in all, I left feeling insulted.
