Media Junction (MN) Reviews

Pros
I really enjoyed my time at Media Junction. From the top down, they have a team full of great and talented people. I spent a couple of post-covid years working at MJ, and I'm really grateful for my time there. I'd recommend this company to anyone considering working there.
Cons
It may have changed since I've been there, but at one point MJ was a fully remote office. That works great for many people, but it wasn't my ideal environment.

Interview
My experience has been short with Media Junction because early in the process I accepted a position from another organization, but the time I spent beginning to learn about the company and talking with one of their Directors was really phenomenal. Unlike many interview processes that I have been a part of, they really show a holistic approach to interviewing. Usually, a first interview feels like an awkward first date, but with Median Junction, my experience was one where they really took time to learn more about myself (beyond the resume) and assure me that this was just as much a time for me to interview them as it was the other way around. I felt that they asked meaningful questions about myself and really positive, challenging questions about my skill sets that helped me grow as an interviewee. Don't be intimidated like so often all of us are when we first start the process with a new company. They will leave you feeling heard and truly respected as a potential candidate.InterviewThe questions were really helpful in allowing us as a candidate to be able to share with them where our strengths in this industry are and how we could contribute to their team. It was clear from the beginning that the questions were not just about determining if I was right for this specific position, but also how they might be able to plug me into other parts of the company if it was decided that I wasn't the right fit for that particular role. It was awesome to feel how genuine the questions were opposed to simply trying to stump you.
