Make the promotion and merit increase schedules more flexible. Tailor it to the individual rather than forcing everyone into one mold. Other agencies allow reviews every quarter, while at Mediavest, it's usually once a year, maybe two
I applied online. I interviewed at MediaVest Worldwide (New York, NY).
HR phone screen, analytics phone screen, final round in-person panel interview (3-6 people on panel).
Final round interview consists of a case study and typical behavioral questions. The number of panel interviewers varies based on people's availability.
Interview/case was not difficult, just more time consuming than other interviews.
