I worked at Medikmark full-time (More than 8 years)
Was a great company with previous ownership, the new owners are great, but they hired a CFO who manages cowardly and treats what was once that great time like trash.
Current CFO manages poorly, has a bad temper, treats everyone poorly, lies, threatens jobs on a daily basis.
Advice to Management
The current CFO in Waukegan facility needs diversity and sensativity training along with people and management training.
The process took a week. I interviewed at Medikmark (Waukegan, IL) in June 2010.
The interview starts with a 12 minute skills test. General cognitive skills. It is not a personality test. You are not expected to finish the test, but they want you to score at least 20 correct. The interview was very fair and pleasant. The interviewer was very complimentary about my skill set. I had a positive feeling about the company itself and seemed from my initial experience to be a good workplace.
