    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Memorial Health Care System (Chattanooga) (Hixson, TN).

    Interview

Interviewed with nurse manager after receiving call from human resources to arrange the interview. Very young manager. Same questions and other employers use, nothing original. took two weeks for physical to be scheduled. took two weeks for background check to be returned, other places less than week. No questions regarding skills or certifications. Physical and blood work were the same as at other hospitals, nothing new there.

    Interview Questions

    • for me the most difficult question was a specific incident where I had to deal with a difficult coworker. I found this question difficult because I have the personality type that does not keep score and does not keep up with disagreements. There were very few questions regarding skill or work experience.   1 Answer

    Negotiation

There was no negotiation I was told what the company paid nurses with my years of experience, no allowance for certifications.
