At Memorial Hermann, each of our more than 25,000 employees and 5,500 affiliated physicians shares our commitment to helping each other, our patients and our communities. This is where you’ll work alongside the best people in the business and on the forefront of technology. This is also where you’ll have opportunities to learn and grow across our system.
Here, you’ll be a part of a system that has 16 hospitals, numerous specialty programs, and one of the nation’s busiest level I trauma centers. A system that has leading-edge diagnostic technologies combined with a real commitment to evidence-based medicine. A system where you’re empowered to treat your patients – and advance the world of healthcare – in your own way.
As the nation’s largest non-profit integrated healthcare system, we’ve proudly served our community for more than 110 years. Now, when you consider everything we can offer you, it’s easy to see that Memorial Hermann is where you belong.
Give & Volunteer at Memorial Hermann
As part of the Memorial Hermann System, you’re invited to join in our mission by sharing your time, talents, or your financial support to those in need. As an organization, we donate more than $300 million annually through school-based health centers and other programs. By working with our foundation, volunteer programs, and medical mission, you’ll have many opportunities to make a difference to people in communities across the area.
A moving tribute to our people, this video will showcase the tireless dedication to healing that you’ll find in the people from every area of our health system. We honor them and everything they dare to be.
I have been working at Memorial Hermann Health System full-time (More than 5 years)

Advice to Management
Continue providing training for managers to make a positive impact on staff.
I applied in-person. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Memorial Hermann Health System (Katy, TX) in July 2016.
A detailed interview but they are slow to complete a background check, which is why it takes a month plus for them to get back to you if you get the offer from HR.
