I have been working at Menards part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Love the managers at this store Lansing south.

    Cons

Not much, the tablets have a couple bugs in them but have come so far and make downstocking and up stocking amazing

    Advice to Management

Just because my name is on the last edited overstock pallet doesn't mean I'm the one that screwed it up! I may make mistakes but I dont make as many as people put on me and I know that's true for other guys who handle downstock and up stock. Take it easy on us ladder jockeys.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Menards (Saginaw, MI) in April 2012.

    Interview

Interview went smooth. All people that attended were very nice and knowledgeable. I had the front end manager, human resources both present. They had a chance to ask me questions if they wanted and I had the chance to ask them questions if I wanted. It didn't last too awful long. I would say 30 minutes to an hour.
